Arrival in Islamabad

Expedition Briefing and Preparation

Day 03 :

Fly to Skardu

Early morning flight to Skardu, weather permitting. If flight is canceled, travel by road via Karakoram Highway.

Day 04 :

Free Day in Skardu

Preparation day. Obtain climbing permits and interact with local staff.

Day 05 :

Drive to Askole

Scenic jeep drive through Shigar Valley to Askole, the last village before the trek begins.

Day 06 :

Trek to Jhola

First day of trekking along the Braldu River. Overnight in tents.

Day 07 :

Trek to Paiju

Continue trekking towards Paiju with stunning views of Paiju Peak.

Day 08 :

Rest and Acclimatization at Paiju

A rest day to acclimatize and prepare for the glacier.

Day 09 :

Trek to Urdukas

Enter the mighty Baltoro Glacier and camp at Urdukas, enjoying views of dramatic rock towers.

Day 10 :

Trek to Goro II

Walk over the glacier with views of Masherbrum and other giants. Camp at Goro II.

Day 11 :

Trek to Concordia

Day 12 :

Trek to Broad Peak Base Camp

Move towards Broad Peak Base Camp and set up camp at around 4,800 meters.

Day 13-44 :
