Day 01 :

Arrive at Islamabad International Airport, Islamabad

Arrival in Islamabad. Meet and greet with the expedition team, equipment check, and briefing.

Day 02 :

Fly to Skardu, Karakoram

Flight to Skardu or travel by road via the Karakoram Highway if weather prevents flying.

Day 03 :

Spend free day in Skardu

Rest day in Skardu for final preparations and permits. Explore the local bazaars and the riverside

Day 04 :

Drive to Askole village

Drive to Askole, the last village before the trek begins.

Day 05 :

Trek from Askole to Jhola via the snout of Biafo Glacier

Trek from Askole to Jhola along the Braldu River, witnessing incredible mountain views.

Day 06 :

Trek from Jhola to Paiju following the Braldu river

Trek to Paiju, the gateway to the Baltoro Glacier, with dramatic views of the Trango Towers.

Day 07 :

Acclimatize and rest in Paiju

Rest day in Paiju for acclimatization and preparation.

Day 08 :

Trek from Paiju to Khoburtse

Trek along the Baltoro Glacier to Khoburtse, surrounded by towering peaks

Day 09 :

Cross small glaciers and walk to Urdukus

Continue trek to Urdukas, one of the most scenic campsites.

Day 10 :

Trek to Goro II

Trek to Goro II, crossing rugged glacial terrain with stunning views of Gasherbrum peaks.

Day 11 :

Trek to Concordia through a rocky moraine

Trek to Concordia, known as the ‘throne room of the gods,’ with panoramic views of K2, Broad
Peak, and others.

Day 12-13 :

Rest day at Concordia and Skills Training

Rest and acclimatization days at Concordia; short hikes and equipment preparation.

Day 14 :

Trek to K2 Base Camp

Trek to K2 Base Camp. Set up and settle into expedition life.

Day 15-50 :

Ascent of K2

Climbing period. Attempt the summit via the Abruzzi or Cesen route (weather-dependent).

Day 51-54 :

Return to Askole or Hushe and drive to Skardu

Back to Askole or Hushe and drive to Skardu. In case of trek via Gondogoro number of trekking days
can be lesser

Day 55 :

Fly to Islamabad

Fly or drive back to Islamabad. Debriefing and farewell dinner.

Fly back to home country
