Spantik Peak, also known as the Golden Peak, rises to 7,027 meters (23,054 feet) in the stunning Karakoram Range of Pakistan. Its shining golden face during sunrise and sunset gives the mountain its famous name.
The Spantik Expedition is considered a great choice for climbers who want to experience a 7,000-meter peak with less technical difficulty compared to other big mountains. It is often seen as a perfect training ground for future 8,000-meter attempts.
